We collect boxes, furniture and bulky items from your address. Packing, preparation and any palletising are agreed for your actual belongings. Quoted from your item list and addresses.

We email your Standard price within 5–7 minutes, 24/7, including weekends. Your Standard Plus quotation is calculated from your item list and addresses and sent by email.

What is Adria Moving?
Adria Moving moves personal belongings — boxes, suitcases, furniture and household goods — between European countries for private customers: expats, families and students. There are two service lines. Standard: you bring your shipment to our terminal in the collection city shown and we deliver it to your address in the delivery city shown. Standard Plus: we collect from your address and deliver to the destination address, priced individually. Every price displayed on this page is a Standard price. Transport is by road across Europe, and by sea freight where the route requires it.

Standard
You bring the packed shipment to our terminal in the collection city shown and we deliver it to your address in the delivery city shown. Suitable for boxes and pallets you have packed yourself, within the limits shown with each price. Priced on this page for the main routes, plus VAT. Prepare packed and labelled packages and an item list with dimensions and weight.
Standard Plus — door-to-door
Door-to-door European removals: we collect from your address, palletise where needed and deliver to the destination address. Suitable for furniture, unpacked belongings, a whole flat, or a collection or delivery date that cannot move. Priced individually for your item list, addresses and dates. Send an item list with photos and the access details for both addresses.

A few boxes, a pallet of personal effects and the contents of a whole home need different planning. If your shipment fits one of the priced box or pallet options, Standard is the cheapest way to move it. If it does not — furniture, an unpacked flat, a date that cannot move — ask for Standard Plus and we quote your addresses.
Personal effects & household goods made simple
Prepare your belongings as individual transport packages, with an item list and the outer dimensions of each packed box or piece of furniture. Photos help show the size, shape and handling requirements of items that cannot be described by a box count alone.
What we move

How to pack
- Use strong double-wall cartons, fill empty spaces with cushioning and tape all seams securely.
- Protect furniture surfaces and corners; disassemble larger items where practical.
- Label each package clearly and record its contents in your inventory.
- For the displayed six-box option, keep each box within 60 × 40 × 40 cm and 18 kg.
Inventory and shipment details
- List the contents and number of packages.
- Provide packed dimensions and weight for each item or package.
- Identify fragile items and explain any special handling requirements.
- Check the service and liability terms in the agreement before booking.
Volume & measurements
Measure length × width × height in centimetres for each packed item. To calculate cubic metres, multiply those dimensions and divide by 1,000,000, then add the volumes of all items. Include packaging in your measurements.
The pallet labels on this page use the agreed 1.5 m³ and 3 m³ shipment categories. One pallet is limited to 200 kg; two pallets are limited to 400 kg in total, with 200 kg per pallet. Always provide the actual packed dimensions and weight, including the pallet, so the quotation can be checked.

Documents, customs and restricted items
Documentation and acceptance requirements depend on the route, the goods and the agreed service. Describe the contents accurately and provide an itemised inventory before booking. If the route involves customs formalities, the required documents must be confirmed for that shipment.

Keep a list of the boxes and items being moved, their contents, dimensions and weight. Use consistent labels so the packages can be matched to your inventory.

Read the agreed service scope, collection and delivery arrangements, liability terms and claims procedure. Keep the quotation and transport documentation available for your move.
Items that need checking
Declare e-bikes, lithium batteries, power banks, liquids, fragile items and anything needing special handling before packing it for transport. Do not assume that an item is accepted because it fits inside a box.
Dangerous goods, flammable products, cash, perishable food and other restricted items must be checked before booking. Acceptance depends on the goods, route and transport arrangements.

What is the difference between Standard and Standard Plus?
Standard runs from our terminal in the collection city shown to your address in the delivery city shown; you bring the prepared shipment to the terminal, and the exact terminal address comes with your quote. Standard Plus includes collection from your address, palletising where needed and delivery to the destination address, and is priced individually. Every price displayed on this page is a Standard price.

What are the dimensions and weight limits for the price options?
The six-box option covers six boxes, each measuring 60 × 40 × 40 cm and weighing up to 18 kg. One pallet is shown as 1.5 m³, with dimensions of 120 × 80 × 150 cm and a weight limit of 200 kg. Two pallets are shown as 3 m³: two pallets of those dimensions, up to 400 kg in total and 200 kg per pallet.
Is VAT included in the displayed prices?
The displayed route prices exclude VAT. VAT is added when your quotation is prepared.
Are loading, unloading and packing included?
Loading, unloading even at street level, carrying, packing, packing materials and access-related work are not automatically included. Tell us which services you need, including floor, lift and access details where relevant, so the final scope can be confirmed in the quotation.
How is my shipment transported?
Your belongings usually travel as a shared load with other compatible shipments on the same route, also called groupage or a part-load. That is what makes the Standard prices possible, and it is why collection and delivery are agreed as a window rather than a fixed hour. A dedicated van or a full-load vehicle reserved for your move alone is available and is priced individually.
Who is this service for, and who is it not for?
The service is for private customers moving personal belongings between European countries: expats, families, students and individuals. It is not a parcel courier, so one or two small boxes are usually cheaper by courier. It is not a freight forwarder for commercial cargo, and not a relocation agency handling immigration, housing or school searches.
What information is needed for a complete quote request?
Provide the collection and delivery countries, cities, postcodes and exact addresses; cargo type and description; number of items; dimensions in centimetres; weight in kilograms; required additional services; preferred date or period; name; email; and preferred contact channel. A phone number is required if you choose a call or WhatsApp. Access details and photos may also be needed.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Standard price calculations are available 24/7, including weekends. We email your price within 5–7 minutes. Standard Plus and requests requiring a manager are reviewed during business hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
How are liability and claims handled?
Liability and the claims procedure are governed by the transport agreement, applicable mandatory law and the terms provided before booking. Adria Moving does not offer All-Risk insurance, and contractual liability must not be treated as full insurance for the goods. Carrier liability for removals is limited to 620 € per m³ unless additional cover is agreed in writing.
