You confirm the quote, we set the pickup date, and the driver arrives within the agreed time slot. Collection time is coordinated with building rules and parking access. We keep the plan realistic instead of promising artificial same-day solutions, so please share any restrictions before the day of loading.
We transport by European road transport with planned line-haul connections and deliver to your new address in Austria. Unloading/placement is agreed in advance. For international moving within Europe, route planning also considers access, safe handling, realistic delivery windows and the inventory you approve.
Tip: number the boxes (1, 2, 3…) and make a short inventory list. Mark fragile boxes clearly. Keep passports, keys, medicines, chargers, documents and valuables with you rather than inside the moving load.

Use sturdy double-wall cartons, wrap each plate and glass separately, fill empty gaps, and label the box “Fragile / this side up”. For cross-border moves, do not leave loose glass inside drawers, sideboards or kitchen units.
The original box is ideal. If not available, use foam corners, keep the screen upright, and avoid placing heavy items on top. A TV should be listed separately in the inventory for your Italy → Austria move.

With Standard you bring a prepared shipment to our collection terminal: up to six packed boxes (60 × 40 × 40 cm, up to 18 kg each) or one to two pallets (120 × 80 × 150 cm, up to 200 kg each). With Standard Plus we collect from your address and palletise your belongings for you, priced by volume from 1.5 to 9 m³. Neither option accepts furniture.
Prices exclude VAT. Packing, furniture assembly and carrying to the floor are paid options. If a ferry crossing is required, it is quoted separately, depending on the sailing date. Carrier liability for removals is limited to 620 € per m³ unless additional cover is agreed in writing; Adria Moving does not offer All-Risk insurance.
