Collection in France
In Paris and other large French cities, a parking authorisation for the removal van is requested from the town hall (mairie) or the police prefecture. Corsica is served on request because of the ferry. Cities we collect from include Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Nice, Nantes, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Lille.
Delivery in the Netherlands
Steep, narrow stairs are common in Dutch city homes; tell us if furniture has to go up through a window by furniture lift. After moving in, report your new address to the gemeente within five days. We deliver to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Groningen, Tilburg and other places across the Netherlands.

Before collection day
- We do not carry animals, cash, jewellery, important documents, flammable or hazardous goods, perishable food, weapons or illegal substances.
